SPIE Signs Agreement to Acquire ROBUR Group

SPIE, the independent European leader in multi-tech services in the energy and communications sectors, announces the agreement to acquire ROBUR – a leading industrial services company.

This is an important strategic step to further expand our multi-technology expertise," says Markus Holzke, Managing Director/CEO of SPIE Germany & Central Europe.  

ROBUR is a leading industrial services company based in Munich, Germany. The company was founded in 2015 with the ambition to redefine industrial services and to align itself as a partner for digital transformation and the ecological transition. Since then, ROBUR has grown strongly – sales of 380 million euros are expected for 2023. The company employs around 2600 people.
